General Office Policies and Procedures

Patient Acceptance:

We are currently accepting new patients. Please contact our office, during office hours, at the number above to schedule an appointment.

Appointments:

Please note that we will make every effort to see you at the appointed time. However, unexpected emergencies and other problems may cause us to run late from time to time. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused if you have to wait for your scheduled appointment. Should this occur we will inform you of the wait and give you the option of rescheduling your appointment if you need to.

Cancellations:

If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you please do so 24 hours prior to your appointment time.

Billing and Payment:

Payment is expected at the time of service, unless other arrangements have been made prior to your visit. We accept most insurance plans, cash, checks, debit cards, and credit cards. Please inform us of your current insurance prior to your visit for verification purposes. Co-pays and deductibles, must be paid prior to

being see by the physician as per federal and state laws.

Monday-Friday: 8 A.M. to 5 P.M.

Emergencies: 24 Hours A Day
